Enjoy the comfort of luxury in nature
Villa Foia Vella offers 1 Suite with lounge and private terrace and 3 Deluxe rooms with stunning views of a valley filled with evergreen trees. You will sleep blissfully on high-quality, extra-comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.10 m) and enjoy the convenience of a luxurious bathroom. Refreshment is always at hand: all rooms are equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. In the Deluxe rooms, the double beds can also be arranged as two separate single beds upon request.
Villa Foia Vella stands for tranquility, relaxation and carefree enjoyment. For that reason, we apply a minimum stay of 2 nights in mid-season and 3 nights in high season, and we welcome guests aged 18 and over only. We also deliberately do not have TVs in the accommodations, and the location is not available for groups or parties.
The Deluxe rooms are identical in size and all face the mountains, but differ in furnishing, colour scheme and wall décor. Magnolia offers the most wardrobe space, Oliva features an additional side window, and Almendra is often considered the most romantic room.

Payment and conditions:
When booking accommodation, you will receive an email asking you to pay a deposit of 25% within one week. The deposit confirms the reservation and makes it final. The balance can be paid directly into our account before arrival or you can pay it in cash.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your reservation within four weeks of your due arrival date, your deposit is not refundable. If we can still (partially) rent out the room, we will still (partially) refund your deposit.

- Pets are not permitted at Villa Foia Vella.
- Villa Foia Vella is 100% smoke-free, including in the bedrooms and public areas. There are, of course, plenty of beautiful places on the site beyond the Villa where you can smoke.
- The (unheated) swimming pool is open from April 1st to November 1st.
